Reality Check in Zone

The Reality Check in Zone is a one-page printout to put somewhere when you're tripping. It can also be used for intrusive thoughts. Anything where you start spiraling and could use a reality check in.

I recommend putting the Reality Check in Zone somewhere visible and uncluttered, but not somewhere where it itself will become intrusive. It's good taped to a window, a wall, or the fridge, but less good at a work desk or bulletin board.

You can tap the circle, look at it, say it out loud. Check in with reality, but don't stay too long that you start to question the concept of reality. Tap in, tap out, then tap in again when it's useful.
